We are working hard to revitalize the City of Waterloo’s older industrial and commercial neighborhoods. This process includes reinvesting in downtown, improving the housing stock, and constructing riverfront recreational opportunities.

Funding from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Brownfields Program, along with assistance from several other federal and state agencies, have aided Waterloo’s successful initiative.
